Our professional photography studio has a true passion for pets. Our friendly, experienced team – Caroline, Andrew, and Abi – are dedicated to making your photoshoot as unique and memorable as your beloved animals.

At Picture Partnership, we understand that every animal is unique. We absolutely adore pets and love nothing more than capturing their personalities in beautiful, timeless photographs that you’ll cherish forever. Whether it’s a playful pup, golden oldie, a curious kitten, or an exotic friend, we will create a portrait that celebrates their special qualities.
We never schedule sessions back-to-back, and with up to an hour in the studio, you’ll have plenty of time without any pressure. Our relaxed studio environment allows your pet to feel at ease, with plenty of time to settle before striking their best poses.
Photographing Dogs – Capturing Their Heart and Soul:
Our most frequent visitors are, of course, dogs! We are passionate about dog photography and have plenty of experience working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments.
Whether your dog is a playful, energetic bundle of joy or a calm, well-behaved companion, our aim is always to capture their amazing personality. We take the time to ensure your dog feels comfortable, whether that means working with shy dogs in a gentle and relaxed manner or engaging with more outgoing dogs through their favourite treats or toys.
Dog Photography: Catching the moment:
Patience is key when it comes to dog photography, and it’s something we have in abundance. We know that not every dog is comfortable with flashes or unfamiliar environments, so we keep the lighting soft and low to avoid any discomfort.
You’re welcome to bring along their favourite treats, toys, or even a familiar blanket to help them feel more at ease. Whether your dog is toy-driven or treat-driven, we’ll make sure to capture a gallery of stunning images that showcase your dog’s unique spirit.
Photographing Cats: Playful and Proud:
Cats are always an enjoyable challenge for us at Picture Partnership. Over the years, we’ve had many feline clients come through our doors, and each one has been a rewarding experience. From coaxing them out of their carriers to scaling our furniture for the perfect shot, we know just how to make your cat feel comfortable.
Whether it’s enjoying Dreamies, a bit of tuna, or just a few cuddles, we’ll ensure that your cat’s true character shines through in every image. Cats can be a bit quirky, but we have the patience and expertise to create a portrait that perfectly reflects their charm and personality.

Portraits on Location: Outdoor and At-Home Shoots:
For those who prefer a more natural setting, we have several beautiful outdoor spaces near us, including Shirley/Addington Hills, which provide the perfect backdrop for environmental photoshoots. Whether you want your pet to be photographed in their favourite outdoor space or you prefer the comfort of your own home, we’ll bring our photography skills to you, ensuring every portrait reflects the unique relationship you share with your pet.
These sessions are especially good for dogs who might prefer to run around, explore, and let off some steam while we capture their joy and energy. We always keep an eye on the weather and can suggest the best spots to create stunning images, whether it’s sunny, cloudy, or even a little drizzly. If your dog needs to remain on lead, we can remove this in post-production for you as we have in this photo.

Securing Your Photo Session
Booking your session is easy – simply place a £39 deposit to secure your spot in our studio, which can be done at the bottom of this page. This deposit goes towards your chosen package, with print & digital options starting from just £79. Your photo session will last around an hour, but sessions are never booked back to back so no need to feel rushed.
Interested in an outdoor or on-location session? Our environmental photo sessions are available with a £99 deposit. Get in touch with the studio to learn more and start planning your experience.
During your viewing appointment, you’ll have a stunning portfolio of professionally captured images to choose from. Whether you’re looking for bespoke wall art, fine art prints, custom albums, or digital collections, we offer a variety of ways to showcase your favourite moments.
While you’re welcome to purchase individual items, our value-packed packages – listed just below our gallery – make it easy to get the most from your session. We’re also happy to tailor packages to suit your space, style, and budget. There’s no pressure to decide until you’ve seen your images.
All purchased images include high-end digital retouching, with care and attention to detail. We’ll always discuss your preferences with you beforehand to ensure the final result is just right.

How It Works:
Your Stress-Free Pet Photoshoot Experience
1 – Book Your Date
You can use our online booking facility or give us a call at the studio on 020 8656 4024 to book your session and secure your date in our diary. We require a non-refundable £39 deposit to book, which is deducted from your photo order. We will be in touch just before your session and if you’re not feeling well on the day, your deposit is transferable with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice needed.
2 – Pre-Consult:
We discuss your ideas and visions for your photoshoot, taking the time to understand your style preferences and planning any specific details you would like to incorporate into the shoot.
We offer flexibility by providing consultations in-person or over the phone, and for your convenience, we also send out a detailed questionnaire to ensure we capture your exact needs.
We will also ask if you are looking for wall art, albums, prints or digitals so we ensure we deliver you with the perfect set of photos to suit.
3 – Photoshoot Day!
On the day of your photoshoot, we want you to feel completely at ease. Our studio will be prepped according to the details discussed in your pre-consultation, creating a relaxed environment to capture your best moments. Once your session is over, you’ll have the chance to browse through a selection of frames, wall art, and other products in our studio. We’re happy to help you choose the best options that suit your style, space, and budget.
We have free residential parking nearby and are conveniently located close to a bus stop, so getting here is a breeze.
4 – Choosing Your Photos: In-Person Viewing
We believe that in-person sales provide the best experience and allow us to guide you through the process of selecting your images and products. About a week later we invite you back to the studio for a viewing appointment, where we’ll present a curated gallery of around 20-50 images from your photoshoot, depending on your chosen service.
Our photographers will carefully select the best shots with examples of subtle retouching to ensure they look absolutely perfect. We’ll then create a slideshow for you to enjoy with a cuppa, as you decide on the images you’d like to order.
5 – Payment Plans:
We strive to make the payment process as simple as possible. To help make it easier for you, we offer flexible payment plans so you can invest in the perfect collection of photographs without any added stress. Our clients typically spend between £250 and £2,000 depending on the products they choose.
6 – Order Collection:
Once your order is ready, it’s time to celebrate! We invite you to book a collection appointment with your photographer to ensure your experience with us remains personal and enjoyable. We’ll be there to answer any questions and ensure that every detail is just right. We love seeing happy clients and are excited to welcome you back in the future, whether for a family session, another milestone, or simply to update your wall art.
