How It Works:
Your Stress-Free Graduation Photography Experience
Step 1: Graduation Consultation
Let’s start by having a chat about your vision for your graduation photos. Whether you’re looking for studio portraits or capturing the excitement of your graduation day, we’re here to help bring your memories and ideas to life. We understand your plans might still be in progress and we can help guide you. Whether we meet in person, on Zoom, or by phone, we will tailor the experience to meet your needs. A non-refundable £39 deposit is required to secure your date, which will be deducted from your final package total.
Step 2: Choose Your Package
– Studio Portrait Session: If you’ve chosen a studio portrait session, we’ll ensure you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. This is a great opportunity to get professional images in a relaxed setting. We have a mortarboard & gown, but you may wish to hire your own, along with the academic colours to reflect your achievement.
– Graduation Day Coverage: On your graduation day, we will be there to capture all the key moments – whether it’s your ceremony, the celebration with family and friends, or the excitement of receiving your diploma. Our goal is to document everything so you can relive these memories for years to come.
Step 3: Viewing Your Images
– Studio Portrait Session: At Picture Partnership, we believe that in-person sales provide the best experience and allow us to guide you through the process of selecting your images and products. You’ll return to the studio for a viewing appointment, where we’ll present a curated gallery of around 10-30 images from your photoshoot, depending on your requirements. We’ll then create a slideshow for you to enjoy as you decide on the images you’d like to order. If you’ve already shared ideas about how you’d like your images displayed at home, we’ll present suggested products like custom albums or wall art tailored to your preferences.
– Graduation Day Coverage: Once your images are ready, you’ll receive an online gallery within 4-5 days of your graduation day. You’ll have the chance to review all your photos, select your favourites for your keepsake booklets. If you would like a A4 proof book with a thumbnail all your images this would be an additional charge. We also offer personalised albums showcasing all your best moments.
Step 4: Payment Plans
Graduation photos are a special investment, so we offer flexible payment plans to help ease the process. Our clients usually spend between £150 to £1500 depending on the service & products you select, and we’re happy to work with you to create a plan that suits your needs.
Step 5: Collecting Your Order
Digital images will be supplied to you via WeTransfer with a download link. If you have placed a product order, once your order is ready, we’ll invite you to book a collection appointment with your photographer. It’s the perfect time to celebrate your achievements and ensure everything is exactly how you want it. We love seeing our clients’ happiness and look forward to welcoming you back in the future for family portraits or milestone moments!
