Welcome to Picture Partnership, a professional photography studio based on the South London, Surrey, Kent borders. Located between Croydon, Surrey, and Bromley, Kent.
Our talented team, including Andrew, Caroline and Abi, is ready to work with you to create images that convey your unique message, whether you are building your online presence or preparing promotional material for your career.
Specialising in creating professional business portraits, headshots for websites, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios for actors, musicians, dancers, and creatives. We offer both in-studio and on-location photography to help you make the best impression and elevate your personal brand.

Why Professional Business Portraits Matter
In today’s digital world, personal branding is crucial for success. People buy from people, so your business portrait plays a significant role in creating connections.
A well-crafted portrait makes you more relatable and accessible, inviting your audience to engage with you.
Whether you’re looking to refresh your LinkedIn profile, update your business website, or build a portfolio for acting, music, or dance, having a professional portrait is essential.

The Image Purpose is Key
LinkedIn profiles require a professional, polished image, not just a casual selfie. A clean, high-quality headshot gives you credibility and conveys that you take your career seriously.
For actors, musicians, dancers, and other professionals in the creative industry, a portfolio of images is vital to show versatility and help you stand out from the competition.

Studio Photography
At Picture Partnership, we offer the flexibility to create business portraits at our Croydon studio or we can bring our professional studio setup directly to you.
If your team needs a complete set of headshots, we can travel to your office and capture each individual in a comfortable, consistent environment whilst being time effective. This service is ideal for businesses seeking cohesive branding for their team.

On-Location Photography
For those who prefer a more personal touch, we also offer lifestyle and location photography.
These portraits are perfect for showcasing your personality, your work environment, or your brand in action.
Whether you’re meeting clients, attending an event, or representing your business at a trade show, a location shoot can capture the essence of who you are in the right environment.
The Power of Personal Promotion
Think about the frustration of being on a Zoom call and seeing an empty profile picture. It’s just as important to have an image that helps people connect with you online as it is in person. Your business portrait and branding are vital tools for promoting yourself and your work.

By choosing a professional image that aligns with your brand, you give your audience a reason to trust and engage with you. Just like you would choose the perfect shoes for an event, it’s essential to choose the right image to go with the message you’re conveying.
Key Portrait Elements for Your Brand
Choosing the right portrait for your business is a key part of your brand identity. Here are some important factors to consider when planning your business photoshoot:
- Background Selection: A simple background can keep the focus on you, while a branded background can reinforce your company’s identity. Product placement in your shot can also help emphasise what you do or sell. It’s essential to choose a background that aligns with the message you want to convey.
- Variety of Images: We recommend building a bank of images for flexibility. At a minimum, having four distinct photos – serious, smiling, facing left, and facing right – will ensure that you always have the right image for the occasion. Whether you’re attending a formal meeting, launching a product, or engaging with your audience on social media, different images can help you stay relevant and adaptable.
- Relevance and Storytelling: Your portrait should reflect the story you want to tell about yourself and your business. Think about the context in which the image will be used – whether it’s for a profile, an editorial piece, or marketing material. Having a variety of images allows you to tailor your look and message to the target audience or market.

For companies requiring on site portrait facilities our commercial rate applies. Our commercial clients usually require a bespoke quote based on time, turnaround speed, level of retouching, travel and whether additional photographers are required.

How It Works:
Your Stress-Free Commercial Photography Experience
Step 1: Book Your Initial Consultation
Let’s start with a consultation to discuss your vision and goals for the shoot. Whether you’re planning an event, a series of headshots, a branding session, or in need of product photography, we’ll ensure everything aligns with your brand. We understand your needs may evolve, and we’re here to help you refine your ideas. This consultation can be done in-person, via Zoom, or over the phone. To secure your photoshoot date, we require a non-refundable £39 deposit, which will be deducted from your final package total.
Step 2: Pre-Shoot Preparation
For branding and product photography, we’ll work together to make sure your products, location, and any props are ready to go. If you’re preparing for a corporate event or headshots, we’ll guide you through styling choices that align with your brand image. This is also when we finalise timelines and locations to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the shoot.
Step 3: The Photoshoot Day
On the day of your shoot, we’ll take care of everything so you can focus on what matters. Whether it’s an event, capturing your team’s headshots, product shots, or creating stunning brand imagery, we’ll guide the session to highlight your brand’s unique essence. We ensure a relaxed atmosphere so you and your team can shine effortlessly in front of the camera.
Step 4: Image Review
After the shoot, we’ll send you an online gallery, where you can review your images and select your favourites. You’ll have the chance to request any edits or changes, ensuring the images perfectly reflect your vision.
Step 5: In-Person Viewing & Consultation for Ordering Products
At Picture Partnership, we believe in a personal touch. If you feel it’s beneficial for you, we invite you to a one-on-one session to review your images, select the best shots for your project, and discuss options for your final products. Whether you’re interested in premium prints or creating marketing materials, we’re here to guide you through the process.
Step 6: Payment Plans & Custom Packages
We understand that every business has different needs, so we offer flexible payment plans for our services. We have suggested packages but depending on the scope of your project, we customise packages to fit your budget and goals. From small business headshots to large-scale product shoots, we’ll help you find a solution that works for you.
Step 7: Your Order
Once your image edits have been finalised and are ready for you, we will send them to your email address(es) via WeTransfer, or your preferred method.
If you have chosen products, we’ll schedule a collection appointment to hand over your final pieces. Whether it’s a digital download, printed artwork, or a brand album, we’ll ensure everything is perfect. This is also a great opportunity to plan any future projects with us, whether it’s updating your branding or capturing the next milestone for your business.
